Quark Varsity
Quark Varsity is the in-house training program that ensures organization-wide training and learning through a variety of training activities covering technical, soft skills, and behavior. Quark's training programs enable members enhance their technical knowledge and also develop their overall personality.

Classroom training
Be it formal classroom training or e-learning, members get the flexibility to learn at will, widen their horizons and plan their personal growth.
World-class training classes are available in a self-paced learning program. Classes cover technical and soft skills. Technical skills include knowledge of Quark products and the technologies used. The faculty includes experts from within Quark, and organizations such as Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, and Apple. Soft skills include language and communication skills.
Online training
Online training gives employees the convenience to learn at their own pace. Subjects include technology-based topics, debugging and testing techniques, and organizational skills.
Knowledge store
The knowledge store has a series of articles, valuable links on multiple topics, and a discussion forum that enables information sharing.
Library
Quark has a very well-equipped library with books and magazines on diverse topics.
All employees are eligible for nomination to attend training programs relevant to their area of work. Quark uses the performance appraisal system to provide key inputs for identifying training needs. Based on this system, the Human Resources department prepares the training calendar in consultation with the MD and HODs. An employee may be selected as a faculty member by volunteering or being recommended by the HOD.
