Customer Support Associates


To handle calls and provide services to Quark customers globally.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduates/BCA/BE/MBA with excellent communication skills in English. French or German or Italian would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice/Email) International Call center in customer care/technical/telemarketing process.
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task and work independently.
