Technical Support Associates
To handle technical queries on-line from Quark users globally.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduates/BCA/BE/MBA with excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum 12 months experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice/Email) International Call center in customer care/technical/telemarketing process.
- Excellent computer skills, trouble shooting techniques, ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Hands on experience in MAC OSX, QuarkXPress or any well known pagination software preferred.
- Exposure to Publishing Industry and Graphic Designing will be a plus.
