Executive Director - Quality Assurance Engineering
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThe Executive Director - Quality Assurance Engineering will report to the senior leadership. This position will manage total number of 90-100 Quality engineers in our India R&D center in Mohali.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Director - Quality Assurance Engineering will be responsible for managing large QE product teams in order to deliver high quality product on schedule in a fast paced environment. 15 to 18 years of management or comparable leadership experience in a software product development organization.
- Lead and Mentor Quality Engineering division to ensure delivery of high quality, high-value technology solutions.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Quality Engineering team by defining, implementing and maintaining a coherent, progressive testing strategy for Company's products.
Skills & Experience:
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of management or comparable leadership experience in a software quality engineering.
- Strong background in software test engineering with a Product Company.
- Experience in quality management principles, thorough understanding of software development methodologies
- Exceptional management and technical skills to be effective in cross-functional environment
- Excellent thought leader and visionary of future IT environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Leadership qualities to guide organization to achieve objectives.

EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and a Master's degree in Engineering or Management from reputable institutions are required.
